Sounds good to me, even though I'm viewing it from over here. It's about a third of what the car cost, maybe less, 22k miles is nothing. I'd get the suspension problem fixed before you buy though - the SL600 has adaptive damping which is expensive to fix when it goes wrong.

I definitely agree the hydraulic suspension system is very expensive to repair. The shock hydraulic shock absorbers are approximately $ 1,600 a piece without installation and the rear hydraulic suspension valve is $ 500 without installation. Also make sure you have the engine mounts and strut socks also inspected; due to the weight and torque of the V 12 they can deteriorate quickly.
Get an extended warranty at any cost, it will pay for itself on the first major repair bill.
