Hi all. Purchased a '93 500SL late last year. Very nice car, in excellent condition - but an amazing number of (not obvious) problems. Thanks to the information generated on the forum, have sorted virtually everything out, with all functions operating correctly. One minor problem left - drivers window misaligned, and when fully raised, door is a bit difficult to close. No big deal, I'm sure, just have to get in the mood to tear it all apart. Not upset with vendor - used car "Caveat Emptor", and driving it negates any negatives !!
