Features and adaptation of Bosch LH-Jetronic
I have a 94 sl500, can the bosch LH system "adapt" and have the capabilities to adjust the fuel mixture? I have read (on the limited info out there for this system) on the porsches that use the LH could actually adapt and change the fuel mixture based on engine load. I have tried to see if it is possible to tune through eprom programming but I cant even find basic information on the ECU as a whole, much less be able to pinpoint the actual eprom inside the ecu which is responsible for the fuel. If this bosch system could "adapt" automatically if i add some tasteful mods like headers and camshaft regrind? maybe a compression raise?

Ok, i bought a book on the bosch fuel injection system by charles probst. The book has good reviews and claims to have info on performance tuning. Idk if anyone has had experience but im going to try it out. My sl500 needs an engine rebuild so im planing to resto the whole car..paint, built trans and engine..might put a procharger on it someday
