Coil Pack Conversion on M120

How difficult would it be to change a M120 with a distributor cap and rotor setup to coil packs? I was watching JMSpeedshop put in a M120 in his W201 and he was talking about wanting to switch to coil packs. I tired looking around but found nothing, Wouldn't it mainly be the ignition system and the cylinder heads? Was also thinking of applying this to a tuned M120 from Brabus, RENNtech, etc that was in a cap n' rotor setup, because they are rare and limited. Not really interested in hearing negative inputs Thanks.

A conversion would require installation of an aftermarket ignition system. I imagine the difficulty involved could vary considerably between between different systems.
