Information

I just purchased a 2004 SL600 V12 with 70,000 miles Any comments about what the pros and cons might be are appreciated. Any history of issues that I can be aware of?

Apart from an engine that makes close to 500 horsepower, the other great feature is also widely unappreciated and misunderstood by owners: the Active Body Control (ABC) suspension. ABC allows the suspension to be softly sprung and comfortable without sacrificing good handling characteristics.

Your car is an "R230" chassis. This is the "R129" forum for 1990's-vintage cars. The R230 forum is here: https://mbworld.org/forums/sl-class-r230-17/.
