Lock set, ignition, door, glove box etc Help Please
I have a 1990 SL500 and the key and the original ignition, door locks etc were replaced. The problem is when I order the remote zapper it comes with a key that fits the original system.
I want to replace the entire system so I have one key and remote. Will the lock set, ignition, door, glove box, trunk lid from a 1994 r129 SL500/380 fit into a 1990 first year R129 sl500? It is the complete set with all

My guess is yes if you replace all keyed devices from the 94.
