1990 500sl R129 Project car

Hey guys, I'm currently on this forum because I need advice about modding my car, currently I have a 1990 500SL R129 with me. The car looks amazing and drives beautiful however I want to make the car even more beautiful and drive way better and faster... goal is to engine swap my car with a 2JZ VVTI TWIN TURBO MOTOR 3.0L- SUPRA GS300 SC300 ETC ENGINE 2JZGTE that being said I'm curious to know if anyone has ever done it or even engine the car; the other things I want to do is change my headlights to this Projector R8Look Headlight Chrome simply b/c I feel it will add a nice touch to the Tan Grey Pearl Metal Satin Chrome Vinyl wrap for my car that I eventually plan on getting along with a new ECU system followed by a new suspension and sway bars and new exhaust manifold ,muffler and tires. oh and I almost forgot about the bodykit that Koenig special has for my car... as for the interior I plan to keep it classy and as original as possible I would like to know any info on repairing leather seats and painting them to cinnamon brown and that goes for the dashboard and door panels as well and as for the carpet I want my carpet to be all black and have windows tinted to 5%... what I have attached below is my car and the wrap with the body kit I want

They did the swap on Hot Rod Garage to a 500sl. Here is a clip, I'm sure you can find the full episode on Velocity. Probably not the level of detail you need but might get you started.
