SL/R129: Soft Top Issue

Soft Top Issue
Finally got my hardtop off today. Cylinders leaking both sides.
Tried raising the soft top. No movement, no motor noise, windows don’t lower, roll bar does not lower, nothing. Fluid level is full. Pressing the roof button in the lowering position the motor runs. Pressing in the raise position, nothing, silence. Roll bar will raise and lower using the roll bar button. Tried the window sink thing, no help.
Can anyone point me in the direction of a diagnostic tree for diagnosing the soft top operation.
