96 R129 Warning Light

I replaced some of the bulbs in my instrument panel. After doing so, the yellow triangular warning light illuminates when you turn key on. It goes out when you start the car. Is that normal to come on when ignition is on?

All the warning lights should come on when the key is rotated so you can tell if any are burnt out. They should all go out with the car running, provided you don't actually have a problem or have something engaged like the emergency brake or the high beams on.

It's normal.

Yah, they all turn off once car is actually started. I am thinking that the bulb behind the Yellow triangle warning light must have been burnt out and hence why I just noticed it now after replacing the bulb.

Thank you again.
