Nice! That actually looks a lot better than I was expecting. The bottom of the seat reminds me of the W124 Recaro AMG seats. I imagine these are quite a bit lighter than the standard setup?
Personally I'm past the days of sport buckets, I'll take a comfy recliner for a car seat any day of the week, but this looks good nonetheless. Nice to see something original and unique.

Thanks! The factory seats weigh 102lbs each, my bucket seat set up weighs 95 lbs for the pair so I saved 109lbs, took a lot of other things out and modified the exhaust to lose 300lbs total.
I'm also past the days of sport buckets, thankfully these are reclining seats so they're quite comfy though I haven't gone for a road trip in them yet.
