So much to be done when refurbishing the M120.

Great minds seem to choose crinkle red powder coat to replace the original valve cover finish.

New injectors are a good idea after 250K miles.

New cats from der Fatherland after 270K miles.

After pulling the intake manifold 3 times for different refurbishments, the coolant fittings at the back of the heads began to seep. When I did the repair, the original O-rings were powder.

Did you clean the 2 tiny air passages at the front of the passenger side valve cover under the black rubber elbow?

I went with silver powder coat for my intake for a brighter contrast, the black with red valve covers evokes the Brabus treatment.

Very nice.
