Calling all brains, low voltage in fuses 12+13 no idea why (99 Sl600)
Hello, I've never had working wipers or been able to flash my brights, any attempt to do so usually made my turn signals go on the fritz, I have replaced the combination relay, convenience relay, turn signal stalk etc, and it hasn't made a difference. Searching for the issue revealed that I have low voltage to fuses 12 and 13 and the M1 fuse. But I have no idea why.
If I jumper the fuse from a fully powered fuse the brights flash but I still can't work the wipers. Any idea why? I'm kinda at a loss.

Thanks for the reply! I did eventually crack it, thankfully I have a 500 to check parts on and drive on worse weather days. I found an old thread on another site that said it might be the ignition switch so I swapped the ignition switch from the 600 into the 500 and the 500 now has those same problems! installed the switch into the 600 and am going to put it all back together today.
