I just needed to replace a turn signal on my 99 and since then it has been acting weird. If I put on my directional in either direction both lights fast flash as if I have a bulb out. If I put on my headlights both sides come on and stay on. If I shut my headlights off and put on my hazards they flash normal speed. If I put my headlights on and use the directional they don’t flash they just stay solid orange. This car is new to me but didn’t have any issues like this in the few weeks I’ve had it.
