1991 Mercedes 300 SL
1991 R129 ABS Speed Sensor
I noticed a few cords hanging down in the passenger front wheel well -- see pictures. I'm guessing the harness for the brake wear or abs sensor has given way, exposing the stablizing cords (though there is no impact on drivability nor warning lights).

Can anyone confirm or opine and especially suggest a replacement part name and/or number I can order?

First off I would wrap that rascal.

The item (ALL MB parts) will have its part number on the part. Take a peek.
