Side mirror alternative
Hi. Does anyone know if left side auto dimming mirror in R129 Can be replaced by w208 or r170 auto dimming mirror? My old one is already yellow and its number part is a2088100121, its extremly expensive to buy new so Im looking for alternatives. I ve found same shape a2088100521 mirror but inner side isnt Perfectly the same. The 1st pic is old one, the 2nd is newer.

If your R129 is a 99+ then the answer is Yes.
Is there any way you can get hold of the plug from a 208 as well?
