'01 Problems Removing Seats

In an effort to do a deep clean of the interior, I am trying to remove the seats and have run into two problems so far that I haven't found solutions to:

Problem 1) Car has BabySmart passenger seat. After removing the retaining bolts to the seat bottom, there are two wires leading into the cushion that do not have connectors. I cannot see any yellow tab in the control module that is reported in W210s. How do you disconnect this? I don't even see how its routed into the control module and the wires are mighty short.

Problem 2) So far, the T40 Torx screws, all of them, on the drivers side are so strongly tightened that I cannot budge them. Instead my driver nearly warped its teeth. Is this usual? Or did someone on the assembly line over tighten? Given the integral seat belt design, I can understand the need for a high torque spec but yikes, its like they're welded into place. I don't have power tools but I'd be afraid of stripping these bolts if I did. Any suggestions?

Thank you
