OEM radio coding
Hi, Im from Poland.
I recently bought a R129 radio from Japan. Its OEM Becker MB radio 30, part number A 208 820 02 86, good condition, good price 10$. I also have OEM radio from USA (A 208 820 01 86) but the buttons are falling apart. I bought the Japan Version for parts to revive my old unit. Is it possibile to recode the Japanase radio frequency to EU? Maybe some secret buttons combination?

No. Mercedes radios for the Japan for market are made in Japan, same looking for the European market are made there, probably by Becker. You can't even code US to Europe, too.
