Does anybody have any tricks for getting bearings out? I feel like I've tried everything - the slide hammer, screwdriver, bearing pullers, heating it up. I cannot get this thing out. I feel like I've even marred up the hub a bit in the process and at this point I'm wondering if it'd be easier to just get a damn hub.

I seem to remember that there were 2 scalloped sections on the inside of the hub for each race that allowed the race to be drifted out with a punch.
With a Dremel tool, carefully grind or cut a slot in the race to weaken it, then tap it out from the rear. Just work slowly and carefully so you don't go through to the housing.
