Roof Rack For My SL500 ?
Hi -
I know it's dumb, but I like to drive my SL to the resort for some relaxing extreme snowboarding. Basically I don't want to drive the truck, I need a rack. Anyone know if this is possible ?

As far as I'm aware, you can get this as an extra... get down the dealership and ask.. they should be able to sell this to you or at least order it.
The European part number is: B6 685 1701 and costs €69.00 so roughly the same in US $.

Yes, but you need to have the option on the car to expose the mounting points on the A pillars and by the rear side windows. You cannot load anything directly onto the roof. If you dont have the mounting points, there's nothing you can do.
