Does your Floor Mat stain your shoes?
Hi,
I have a 2004 SL500, ash interior. The floor mats are gray. The driver's side floor mat has a black rectangle right below the pedals where you rest your feet to push the accelerator and the brake pedals.
When I'm wearing white tennis shoes, the black stuff rubs off and the heels of my shoes are always dark.
The dealer says they all do that, and Mercedes does not offer floor mats without the black rectangle.
My questions are:
1) Is this happening to anyone else?
2) Has anyone come up with a solution other than aftermarket floor mats?
3) What are the best aftermarket floor mats without black rectangles?

that seemed really rude. Tho, I dont know if you were kidding or not.You make it sound like if you wear white shoes, it makes you gay?? I dont wear all white shoes... but I am.
