I was thinking about getting a second house in Las Vegas and cried when I saw the house prices. I can get a new 3,000-sqr-ft house here in the best neighborhood for about $250,000 to $300,000.
A used 3,000-sqr-ft house in the Las Vegas ghetto is about $500,000
