Interesting Feeling

I've been fortunate to be pretty successful and make a lot of money. But it never had a lot of meaning to me. Big house, yeah fine. 750 BMW, that's nice. The stereo, furniture, great. But this morning as I was filling up my new 550SL, a feeling came over me that said, "wow, you must be doing pretty well". This car evokes that kind of emotion. And everytime I drive it, I feel like I'm doing pretty well.

yup.. that's why the SL is one of the most admired, envied cars of all time.. it's the car indeed shows one has truly made it in a financial sense..

because the fact is... it's a $100,000-$200,000 2 seater toy... and to most people in the world they couldn't ever fathom themselves in such a situation... maybe on a practical expensive sedan.. but a 2 seater? not many people..

enjoy the new sl550.. i've had my sl for years now and i wouldn't consider any other car.. regardless of price... ferrari, aston, etc.. no thanks.. :>

I see this in people's jaw-dropping looks every day. For me, my stomach still flips everytime I see my car sitting in my garage.
