Extended Warranty ?
I am under the impression that you can purchase an extended warranty from Mercedes during the first year of ownership. What experiences have you guys had with this and what can I expect to pay for it.

Read carefully.....
You want to get a full copy of this, probably avaialble from the business manager at the dealer, and read it carefully to make sure all the expensive systems and components are covered. M-B has been moving stuff in and out of the fine print on these agreements. Cost will depend on how many miles over how many years are covered. I'd say somewhere between $3-5k for an SL600. I have no idea how the extended warranty is affected by the Renntech option.

If you can't get the extended Starmark (I think that's what it's called) I have a company that I work with and they are legit.
My dad recently had some massive issues with this tire pressure monitoring system that totaled to $1000.
We paid 100$, and our extended warranty covered the rest.
Our warranty expired in March
I'll do a write up asap, I know lots of owners on this forum want a legit extended warranty option.
