After driving few miles, the indicator will stay just above the midline - is it normal ? i haven't paid attention to this till now ! No abnornal board indicators/lamps ! i have a Lexus Gs400 and the indicator stays right at midline ! thx.

My indicator sits above the middle line probably at approx 90 degrees. I thought that was way too hot, never had a car with that sort of temp before. But there's no lights on so I figure it must be OK

Always tops out halfway between the halfway and three quarters point of the gauge.

This is the normal temperature position. No worries.
