Clunk...metallic pop from rear wheel area when accelrating over a bump
When I go over a bump while somewhat aggressively accelerating and producing maybe a tad of wheel spin...I gear a clunk from the right rear of the car....could this be a blown rear shock or something loose in that region??

if it sounds like a bouncing metal cable, probably is what I had, a clanging hand brake cable boucing against your frame next to the exhaust pipes just behind the seat under the chassis. I posted the fix earlier. My custom guy had to get in there to teflon tape the cable and grease up the area to allow for smooth driving withtout noise. If's some other noise... good luck!

Well my tech briefly looked at it today, but I didnt want to leave it since I have to go in later this week anyways.....it may just be my imagination that the clunk is not normal due to the weight of the car....but I am very picky about this SL...
