After my first service the car is now dripping oil from below the engine compartment. Not much, but to much for me. Should have done it myself. I guess the techs don't read the same brochure that Mercedes distributes to the customers about them being highly trained technicians.

Flawless oil change? No way, much too complex, and we're pretty busy here.
But I bet they took the time to flawlessly perform that little melodrama scene where they furtively motion you off to the side and whisper that you could really help them out by maxing out the high marks on the customer satisfaction survey.

For Some Reason I don't get those Surveys, maybe it is because they know I will not answer it the way the would like to see it.
