SL55AMG broke down
Hie dude,
I'm new into this forum, sorry because haven't introduce myself yet.
i have a SL55AMG broke down last saturday, it can be switched ON but couldn't be crank at all..
Battery all new, i've carry short test by using Star Diagnosis.
W2304742FXXXXXX Europe model.
Electronic Selector Module using Cable release.
It shows a fault code which is current fault from EIS.
" No enable from EWM Electronic Selector Module to EIS Electronic Ignition Switch - Current Fault "
I personally suspect the EGS control unit for automatic transmission, due to the new EGS from germany provided with chassis coded inside. so i couldn't borrow any for testing.
Is there anyone have such experience before, maybe can't share the info on what's going wrong ??
