SL/R230: SL65 Brakes on SL500/600?

SL65 Brakes on SL500/600?
Hey guys, I have tried searching but no luck. Has anybody opted to go for SL65 AMG brakes on their SL? If so, is it a straight swap or do you have to mess around with the master cylinder and the such? Also, would it void warranty?
