Question on emblems

I would like to remove the emblems on the deck lid and wondered if they are held on with double sided glue or are there holes in the metal that I can't see.

This is a 2007 SL

They are held on with double sided tape. Heat them slightly with a hair dryer then use fishing line or dental floss to remove them from the body. There will probably be some tape left on the body that can be easily removed with an adhesive remover.
