Volume of AIR out of VENTS.
The center vents above the Command Unit don't flow air evenly, my left vent is noticeably softer than the right center vent. I sometimes like to get the COLD or say COOLER air blowing on me, with the volume that comes out of the left center vent, can't feel it, the right is far better.
Is there an adjustment for this or just the way it is going to be?

The controls to regulate air flow through the different vents are in the center knobs of the temperature control knobs. They need to be depressed so they're in the out position (not "auto"). If changing that setting doesn't change the air flow to different vents, then you may have a problem within the system. Mine had an issue where the air flow was locked on to only one set of vents and the dealer had to remove the comand to replace a module located behind it. In my case, this was caused by a careless tech at the dealer who somehow damaged the module when he r&r'd my comand system because of another issue.
