Hi everyone i just purchest an 2003 SL500. i got a Eisenmann race Exhaust, and RENNtech lowering module thanks to Dale at EVOSPORT. im looking for a good perfomence software. pulley kit, intake, sparkplugs, etc....any other engine mods?? any suggestion will be helpfull. i will post up pics of the car soon.

yes im really satisfied with the service i got my exhaust and lowring module on time and everything was very smoth, he is puting together a package for me right now, Aftermarket Air Filter, Powerchip, Evosport pulley kit, Denso iridium spark plugs. any suggestion on the parts im about to get, do you recomand anything else now that im doing everything all at once??tnx

Engine wise, I don't think you've left anything off! How much of a drop did you get with Renntech module?

Hey, call me a greenhorn, but what is a pulley kit? Someone PM me and let me know. I too have a 2003 SL500 and am looking to do some mods.

 

this is the pulley kit , it doesnt add much horsepower but it does realesse some power beacuse of the way they are design & weight thats lighter for example geting rid of ure engine fan and puting a electric one..

I love the black outs, they look great. Do they adversly affect the light?

 

not HID yet, you can get a HID kit and just customize it, from the looks of the sound system(which is SICK) you should know how to customize lol

YO AMIR PG your sl looks sick! i love the black outs. tell me what size rims are those 20 by what?

you can upgrade your fog lights to hid but you may need a adapter because of the low power output with the canbus system our fog lights use. that would be perfect for your ride with the black outs.

i plan to upgrade my fogs to hid as soon as i finish my bumper upgrade to the 07' amg bumper and fogs

 

my SL is all black out like urs with tailights etc...my buddy who did the tailights told me to smoke the headlamps and i thought he was crazy but after seeing yours it looks wicked sick.....how many coats of paint did you do?????

How can you see anything at night, that looks like a fat tint on the headlights

 

rims are 20" 295 in the back in the front if im not mistaken 245 , & no this is a professional job that they use special paint its not the paint we use to spray on, they look black just like the paint of the car but it doesnt effect the lighting also its very nice with only seeing LEDz in the tail lights here is some pics..

 

that looks sick! do you have it slammed??? I put the renntech lowering module in my car this past spring and i had it slammed for awhile because it looked nice but i couldnt take the way it drove so i had it reset for 1 inch......

 

tell u the truth ,with my AMG rims i couldnt drive it in the slamed mode like with the lights off in the suspension button , but with these rims that are bigger for some reason it drives very nice , im very happy,

 

How does the Eisenmann exhaust sound? I am looking to ditch my AMG exhaust for a deeper more throaty sounding note, like a V8 should sound. What was your cost?

 

i got the race version its much louader sounds awsome more like viper if u know what i mean how a v8 should sound like , i got everything in one deal for my SL & M3 from evosport so im not sure how much was the exhasut alone
