Any 2008 R230 changes?
Anybody have any factual info regarding changes to these cars in 2008? Are there any new colors, exterior or interior?

All the 2008 info is already up on MBUSA.com, it doesn't appear that much has changed. The 2009 model will be the facelifted one, next spring.

and the facelift is just that new shorter front end, but mostly the same body, right?

Pretty much. I expect it will get some of the S-Class features too and Airscarf from the SLK. Not a redesign, but a major facelift.
