I know that some have installed or considered integrating an iPod charger in their MB's and wanted to LYK that the newest Nano may present some cradle/charger fitment issues as relating to finger control of the lower portion of its dial.

As you can see in the lower photo, the pause/stop button will be blocked when the Nano is insterted into most drop-in style chargers.

Of course this isn't an issue for the dangle type charging plugs.
