Isn't license plate spelled license?
My license plate light went out.....the warning symbol spells it licence. MB quality for you.....

Actually they're using the acceptable alternative, principally used in the UK. At least they're consistent, as they use licence in the manual...also in reference to your specific message.

The English language can use completely different but acceptable spellings of the same word depending where you are on the globe.
