Glad you like the pics. If you saw it in person, you'd swear it just came out of the showroom. The leather still has that "new car" smell, and I'm just looking for some nice days to take her out. Can't wait to drop the top and just enjoy the ride!

Good luck with your SL, bw53.

Well, we had a big "ice storm" last week, and it was difficult cleaning the driveways, etc., because the ice was so thick. It stayed around for about a week, and by Christmas it was finally melted. But temps are still in the 30's and 40's if we're lucky. Those P-Zeros do not like cold weather.
My wife usually drives our Lexus LS 430, and that has RW drive too. Fortunately, she doesn't have to leave the house if the weather is bad. I usually drive the Jeep Grand Cherokee (5.7 Hemi), and I love it for most things.
Today (Saturday), it's pretty nice outside. 48 degrees and sun shining....but they're calling for rain later. Snow likely next week. We do get ALL 4 seasons here.
I've never been to Austin, TX. but did spend one vacation on the Riverwalk in San Antonio.
Good talking to you.

Urghhh, thats cold....I was raised and lived in NYC for almost 40 yrs so I know the weather up there...been in Austin for the last 14 yrs and love it. SA is nice...riverwalk and such...Austin, I don't know anybody who comes here and doesnt love it. Its got great diversity. U of Texas is big here if you like college sports. Capital of course...rolling mts( hills)..yep...but smaller than what you are used to. Great weather....in fact, its 60 plus degrees here and wife and I are going out for a ride with the top down today..pro sports are just a quick 2-3 hr ride. Boating, golf...the whole outdoors stuff...good economy and been voted 10 best ciies to live in....don't know how old y'all are but great place to retire...take care, Bill

I am here in Sunny Arizona. Our lows are in the 20's at night and the 50-60's in the day. So much for sunny Az. My top has been up and the heated seats have been on full blast for a month now.

I'm still amazed at the space in the trunk when the top is stowed in there. That magic RED button raises the top beautifully and VOILA....room to put in the groceries!

What a car!
