SL/R230: 13 pin transmission connector o-ring do they replace transmission fluid?

13 pin transmission connector o-ring do they replace transmission fluid?
Just wondering if anyone knows when the fix the leak from the 13 pin electrical o-ring connector leak if they drain all the transmission fluid during this fix and replace it with new fluid?

Dealer was great, fixed in a couple of hours gave me a loaner car so I could go workout. Washed and vac'ed the SL. I think Mercedes service is even better then Lexus.
