RennTech Dyno Thread

Where did it go?

Could this be a possible indication the matter was resolved and if so why was it not posted?

My guess is that it was not resolved (yet) and that at some point a lawyer was involved. I'm surprised it wasn't removed sooner!

Amazing, the guy lives in FL, RennTech is in Fl and he would not bring his car there.

I have always found face to face meetings so much more productive if there is a dispute vs. over the telephone or email, in additon he could have also had them inspect the car while there...

This is so true! In fact, I had a little hickup with one of my airboxs on the Cl 65 today, I drove up there and left three hours later, with a new airbox on the right side and one that was thouroughly inspected and reinstalled, no charge, no questions, Just Actions! And actions speak louder than words! As a matter of fact, I ended up Driving away with my ECU/TCU tuned and A huge S.E. Grin on my face! I love the guys at Renntech. From Hartmut, to the guys out in the shop, and even in the Go kart department You get a sense of confidence and passion for their work. LOOK FOR MY WRITEUP TO COME TOMORROW MORNING!!! Also, Thank you to Bob Brady For Keeping me company for the time I was there today!! your the man Bob!

So you went to get your airbox fixed and drove away with an ECU/TCU tune.... Good move.

I have been considering some renntech mods and have been soured on that idea from the postings you are talking about. After careful thought, I have concluded that that guy's problem is not w/ Renntech but with the tuners who tuned his car. I have been very happy with Dynocomp in Scottsdale Az. The have tuned my Nissan. I had an issue with the car shutting down. Dynocomp fixed it, no questions asked. I will go with the Renntech mods.
