You may be using the wrong nomenclature; if you've actually sustained frame damage to your car it's because you've been in a forceful collision and your frame is bent.
I suspect you're looking to replace your rear bumper cover (the lower part on the rear that differentiates sport from non-sport models). If such is the case you're looking at about a $2000 job. 6-700 for paint/labor, and 900-1300 for the parts depending on sport/non-sport part.
For that particular job, I'd also suggest you go to a certified MB shop, familiar with the disassembly of the back, which needs to be done per the correct procedure. You can find your local certified shop here:
