Actually, it was just announced officially that there will be a SL600. They say that they will be in the showrooms in April 2003.

Really, also the time the E55 AMG comes out here in the states. I'm really debating the two, even though the former is like 40k more.

go for the SL.. trust me.. it'll get chicks! that helps a lot for me cuz i'm still in highschool! lol

You shouldn't need a $90k convertible to get girls in HS (unless you're in some wacky rich private school)..... hell a 95 Mustang V8 drop top will get you all the a*s you're willing to work for. If it can't, your doing something seriously wrong.

Anyhow, buying cars on the premise of impressing women in ridiculous.....you buy what "you" like.

what i meant is like.. for the wow factor..

i love the SL, we were gettin on the list for that and the s600 till my mom saw the SL on the showroom.. we got it right then and there

what i get as my first car will be the lexus.. 200K miles (ok so i'm like 5thousand miles off) but it'll get me places. It's also powerful. I'm super glad i'm gettin that and super happy that my dad'll even let me drive!

btw. no mustang for me.. oh hell no.. mustang.. brb.. gotta throw up :P
