2003 SL500
hard to tell with gas price soaring
I just bought my 2003 SL500 fully loaded with all the options plus panaroma roof at 39K miles for $40k on january 1st of this year. Hope this will give you an idea of how much you should be asking for. But it is a great car and you will fall in love with it minus any mishaps with the car. Good luck.

I just ordered a new car yesterday, so my SL 500 is for sale, 2003, White/Stone, 26,000 miles, True garage queen, 3rd car, perfect in every way, never driven in rain, mostly looked at and waxed. car has Daimler extended warranty. Car has Chrome wheels, also comes with O.E.M. wheels$43,000.

In November, of 2007, I bought a 2003 SL500 with AMG package, Nav, seats with Lumbar and Pulse, heated and cooled, Xenons, for $53,000. I knew the owner (a supermarket owner and multi-millionaire), and it had 7800 miles on it. Bought a 5 year bumper to bumper warranty, no deductible, for $1600.00 (because of the mileage and history).
To me...this was a great deal.
