I used this product this past weekend to do an oil change on my 01 S500, I can't stand my local dealership they mess up more things with the car when I bring it to them than I had wrong with it when I brought it to them.
The product is a breeze to use, bought the fuel filter from the dealer, oil from Walmart, Mobile 1 0W40, took the oil fill cap off, loosened the filter, removed the dipstick, connected two hoses together, put one end down the dipstick and connected the other end to the unit and pump it about a dozen times, saw the oil start coming down the hose and filling the container, after about 10-15 minutes it starting sucking air and was filled up to the line indicating 8.5 quarts, not exactly to the line, but very close. Removed the hose, poured the old oil out into plastic containers, filled the car with 8.5 quarts, replaced the filter, started the car, rechecked the oil level via the dipstick and was ok, took the oil to walmart to be recycled and done.
Super easy job, and I know at least it was done right with no leaks.

I have one and already used with great results in one of my cars.
Next week will change the oil on my Jeep SRT8.

Excellent tip StephenK, thanks. I have yet to take my '05 SL500 to get the oil changed, but hopefully it will all go well. If not, then I'll be doing it myself.

That's the MV7201.
If you going to order one and have an air compressor it may be better to spend a little more and get the pneumatic MV7300 that will do more(includes clutch and brake bleeding kit)

Just a comment . . . .
You have the same model as me. The next time you might want to try reversing the valve and pumping the oil out of the extractor and into your plastic jugs for disposal. It's easy and prevents messy spills.

Another comment. Next time you might want to re-size the image you use, a bit smaller.
I have a very large screen (26" with 1920x1200 pixels) and your image is beyond than, for no good purpose. Plus the excessively large image makes reading your words more difficult by requiring the left/right scrolling of the window, to read what you have said.
It is a small point, but you've made a very LARGE message.

Bye Bye? er, ah, ok. ![nix](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/nixweiss.gif)
It really isn't that hard to reduce the picture size. I mean, if you cared for how people read your messages. (Perhaps not.

I had 1 before and I used it once and never touched it anymore. I didn't even bother to bring to my new home after I moved. It is great but I am too lazy to dump the oil @ Autozone.

Well, that is one way of looking at it.
But with a little investigation, they do have a link to the small image used on their MV7300 PneumatiVac spec sheet page. Like this one:
