MB Tele Aid

How many of you pay over $240.00 per year for this service? I don't use it.

I did the five-year plan, evens out to around 200/year. I don't use it either, but I like knowing it's there if I need it.

I don't and I'm still trying to figure out how to disable the system so that the annoying light stays off and the one fault stops showing.
I know I can remove the bulb above, but will it give me an error?
If I pull the fuse, if I can find it, will that work.
Does the Star system have an option to disable the TeleAid system?

Being your car is an 03 it has an analog system. There is a DTB the dealer can do to turn the message off you just have to pay for it. I think it's fairly cheap.

TELE AID REFUNDS?

When my lease expired I did not realize that the Tele Aid contract had automatically renewed like two months before. So there were ten months left on the contract but Tele Aid won't refund me saying that I waited too long to ask for the refund. Does anyone else has a similar problem? Has anyone ever gotten any kind of auto notice or credit from M/B when turning in the lease?
