SL/R230: Transmission problem

Transmission problem
Well long story short...I had problems with the shifter coming out of park. Took it to the dealer and they replaced the shifter. While they had it found a ABC pressure line leak, and they replaced it as well.
Now the transmission is acting crazy twice it popped out of gear like it was in neutral engine just reved. Slowed down started working again and the rpm drop to 1k then back up like it catches. It does it in either Comfort, and Sport setting.
The ticket had 1 transmission fluid but they worked on the ABC system. Any ideas beside I am calling the dealer in the morning to take it back wth!

Having same problem with shifter. Sticks real bad in Park. Going on vacation and can't get fixed till next month. Keep us posted on the resolution so I'll know what to report to dealership. Thanks in advance.
