Hello- quick situation, I purchased a lightly used REMUS exhaust for an SL500 from a friend who did not like it, long story short I ended up with a 55 and dont really need this.
I figured leave the 55 exhuast alone instead of putting an upgraded 500 one on. I am looking just to get back close to what I paid for the exhuast which is $1000. It retails for around $1800.
The best part is that its a QUAD tip laser engraved REMUS logo design that fits in the 500 bumper so no cutting or modification needed. Thats what originally sold me. 304 Stainless steel design, and 441 Stainless Chrome tips, factory mounting points.
Here is a link to the actual exhaust:

I have multiple positive feedback here on Mbworld and 420+ 100% on Ebay.
Sorry no pics right now , the exhaust is in friends storage and I'll have it in a few weeks.
Prefer Socal if possible. thanks

Hey guys-
Sorry no actual pics "yet" I will get the exhaust in a few weeks as its in a friends storage and need access to it.
Yes it does look like the pic posted and in the link I posted...
Coopens- sorry no actual sound clips of it installed. I can tell you for sure it is louder than stock but not as loud as an eisenmann type setup. I hope the youtube posts help.. For me it sounded good enough over stock, just a bit louder than I wanted it.
M4x- I actually like the tips. They are rolled edged chrome, very shiny and give the 500 a quad look, which adds alot IMHO vs. the two rectangular stock ones. The sound helps as well! The engraving of the Remus logo is much nicer than some brands that only have embossed logos...
thanks
