What exhaust systems are comparable to the "Eisenmann Sport Exhaust"

Since it's going to cost around $3,6000 I want to know if this is worth it. I know it sounds bad ***. What brands are Eisenmann's main competitors? Is there a less expensive exhaust system that sounds the same? Thank you for your input.

- Cheers

Exhaust

I bought a JIC Cross exhaust for my sl500. It sounds great at low rpm but quiets down after 4200 rpm. It still sounds good at higher rpms but not eisenmann good. I'm happy with it. Oh yeh.....it only cost me 1,200.

SL550
I had an Eisenmann on a past BMW and loved it, but the best solution I found for the SL was thanks to a MBWorld.org member here who upgraded his SL65 exhaust. The SL65 mufflers (keeping the existing tips) welded into the SL550 creates the PERFECT sound. You just have to find someone with an SL65 who is upgrading...which might be difficult but worth it, as the purchase plus labor was only $600. I only keep cars about a year, so spending thousands on an exhaust wasn't something I could justify.
