Location of "Voice Control Module?"
My R230 has an intermittent radio and it was diagnosed to be the voice control module.
Where is this thing located? I thought I saw a printout of it being behind the drivers seat in the box where the CD changer resides. One of the techs at the stealer said " No we have to take the trunk apart to get at it."
Who's right? If it's behind the seat I may just do it myself.
