Extended Warranties
I am a "Newbie" and may have missed information on this topic. I would like information concerning extended warranties. Many of the companies expect the consumer to use after market parts and cheap labor. I purchased a contract from Master Tech, $ 2,355 for two years, and they refused my first claim due to a "pre-existing" condition. I dropped them fast. Positive and negative comments will be appreciated. Thank you.

I personal use Millennium Automotive. So far so good. Cost was $4K.

INDS just uner 4k CDN$, its a US/CDN company..no issues so far..cover suspension etc. also cover diagnosis(reasonalble amounts)
I can they they #'s are lower for times than the MB dealer bu they have been great and worked with me..i dont mind paying 200-300$ on a 3800$ strut bill, when spiltting difference on hour disputes from their national books and my MB dealer. Great customer service, quick and reasonable.

Thanks for the responses. I have checked this forum and other locations and found a lot of information concerning extended warranties. INDS has a very good reputation and I am seriously considering buying a policy.

Chrysler has some great deals on warranties for our cars, and from what I have heard, they have been very good to work with.
