SL/R230: 05 SL55 in dash CD stuck

05 SL55 in dash CD stuck
Picked up my 05 SL55 a month ago. The in-dash CD player has a CD stuck. When I push Eject, it just clicks and doesn't spit it out. Anyone know a trick to get it out?
Another question: The Command system states the MP3 CD player: is that the single in-dash CD player or the CD Changer? What about the DVD player: Movies?
I don't have the Command Manuals that's why I have a ton of questions.
