SL/R230: DEAD SL600

DEAD SL600
Saturday morning went out to my car, had the key in the pocket, touched the handle and nothing, door didn't unlock, tried it again still nothing, tried using the remote control to lock/unlock no lights flashing nothing. Used the key inside to unlock the car, put the key in the ignition, the alarm went off, took the key out and put it back in and the car started, the ole message about convenience features not being available was on, drove around for a while hoping it would charge the battery and everything was ok. Yesterday the car unlocked with the keyless feature, but again the convenience features were not available. Today the same thing.
I am a little surprised since they just replaced the battery no more than two months ago. I had the issue in the past when I didn't use the car for a while, but after charging it by just driving the car didn't have it reoccur like this.
Battery issue or.....

Thats what happened to me..exactly..and I also replaced both of my batteries. Hopefully get car back tomm. from MB dealer..been there since SEPT17. replaced rear SAM & EIS(also alarm sirem..and found that tranny mount was shot). $4200.00 we'll see if its fixed..i drove dwn there yesterday with my extra key as ca is in back lot, i wanted to see as it has sat since friday if i would open.close(se it batt dead)..well my spare key is dead..but i looked inside and light was flashing..so a good sign. I will post results tomm, IF i get car..waiting on INDS to cover bill.

Had a thought
Tonight I remembered that about a week ago when I used my bluetooth connection, the command would lock up, radio would not work, but when I disconnected my bluetooth connection from my blackberry everything came back on. Maybe the bluetooth module has a short in it and is draining my battery. Took it out of the car tonight, will see if the battery still gets drained by tomorrow. It's only a guess, but that seems to be what most dealers do too.
