It just started yesterday and its sounds like a exhaust heat shield or maybe a bad cat. It only does it at idle or right when you start to accelerate. It seems to be coming from mid car which leads me to believe its one of the second cats. Any Ideas?

what type of noise? rattling, knocking, squeaking? Does it get worse when you rev the engine at idle in park?
